Longtime neighbor who now lives near Rapid City. We ran on to him at the Rushmore Mall.

In fact, it's a regular jungle out there.

Other people have troubles, too. On a recent road-trip, we witnessed this one critter who refused to cross a highway.

They had to drag her onto a trailer and haul her across.

Things really look good there Soapweed. I am envious of your green grass. The cattle look great as always.

Looks great. We had a very dry beginning of summer. Almost no rain in July which is usually one of our wettest months. The grass grew very slowly. Rain has picked up now and the herd is picking up quickly. The calf crop is looking good. In another month we ship them out to you guys as they can't stay in Florida and get very big.

Your 'other' grandson, I believe, might have his boots on the wrong feet. Seems like that is one thing that never bothers kids, as
adults it drives us nuts.
