Eggs

Eggs, simple but so many ways to cook them, soft, medium, hard, fried in butter, oil, bacon grease, pooched in water or supposable pooched in one of those cups setting in water, shrilled in milk, boiled, scrambled , backed in muffin tins, or a fluffy omelet, to a sweet custard. Seem one can till how a person cooks on how they cook an egg. The soft delicate pooch of over easy fried , then there’s those that have the pan red hot the oil smoking the eggs scream and they turn to crisp fringe as they hit the pan. Those that use the latter I usually try to avoid most everything they cook

I remember some yankee deer hunters that I was guiding one year when I was a youngster, bunch of new York doctors and camp cook was drunk so I got nominated to cook breakfast.
I had about 3 inches of hog lard in a skillet to scramble them some eggs, never got asked to cook again
Good luck

I guess that would hardly pass for "ham 'n' eggs". More like instant heart attack. :?
