Isn't it strange that Obama doesn't want the appointed ie UN-ELECTED Supreme Court Justices ruling on Healthcare act because it was passed by an DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED Congress but yet he is willing to take the advice from 15 UN-ELECTED board members with questionable qualifications appointed by him (if he is re-elected), on what you get in those Healthcare services he doesn't want an UN-ELECTED Supreme Court to having any say in. I guess it in not the fact they are UN-ELECTED that bothers him it is because he didn't get to APPOINT ALL OF THEM from his pool of radical socialists that bothers him. :roll:

the case before the SCOTUS is brought by the duly elected of over half of these United States-- who by the way also swore an oath to support, protect and defend our Constitution.
