Dad heard in town today that a neighbor was semen testing his bulls. The probe was plugged into a ungrounded outlet and it electrocuted the bull through the probe.

What a way to go.

No disrespect, but when the bull was checked to inspect, detect, and collect, a bad connect fatally wrecked the erect prospect. :?

Wasn't there a line of Horned Herefords called High Voltage or Full Voltage-I've seen one take off across the prairie with the probe still in but never seen one felled by the procedure.

While testing bulls two years ago the bull in the tub hit the gate and it opened. He came up the alley to the chute. Russ was on probe duty and a guy named Scott just grabbed him by the collar and pulled him out of the way. The bull slammed into the bull being tested and snapped the probe in half. Since I'm the county electrician i spent an hour with the solder gun and got it operational. We finished testing the rest of the bulls. And I still got charged a full fee for my bulls! Guess I should'a sent the vet a bill! On the bright side, I had never built a probe before and was pleasantly suprised i didnt kill any bulls or the vet!
