These scored in the 360 range. The hunters were from Mississippi.

These were shot by rifles. The 404 one was shot by a 71-year old man with an arrow. The 424 was shot with a rifle. (I don't have pictures of the 404 and 424 elk yet, but they made Boone and Crockett and some other record book they were talking about, but I don't remember the name.)

The ranch is located 20 miles straight north of Leiter, Wy. 4 miles from the Mt. border. (in the boonies!)
In fact the outfitter hunts both Mt. and Wy.
Leiter is on hwy 14-16 north out of Gillette, Wy.

Glad you enjoyed the pictures. I thought you might.

Awesome looking pictures! My teenager would love to go elk hunting. He's been sneaking around some choppy Sandhills, as well as hiding out in his deer blind, hoping to get another big deer with his bow like last year.

Thanks FH! I bet these guys ate good while in your care.

Well, since I have always liked to cook, that part is going well.
For some reason, my worth as a person is tied up with cooking.

I think they are happy with my cooking cuz I'm gotten some
terrific tips.

The worst of it is getting up at 4:30 am every morning.
But God must be looking out for me cuz..........

THE ALARM CLOCK HASN'T WORKED YET.

So about 5 am
someone knocks on my door. Now 5 am I can do... :p

Was pretty warm here but has cooled off. These guys that came
in Sunday are about filled up with Mule deer and antelope.

I'll take pictures and share them when I get home.

Only come over to this other camp once in awhile and get on
ranchers. to see what I been missing!!!!!!!

Lilly, FH has already got someone trained to wake her up and she is getting an extra half hour of sleep, you wouldn't want to mess up a good thing would you? :p :p

I very rarely hear an alarm clock either, I usually wake up a few minutes before it goes off. Regardless of how tired or how long I've slept.
