I guess when it rains it pours... extremes one way or the other.
First off my wife's car wouldn't start this morning. Batteries and extended cold weather - go figure.
Power company came out and fixed our power troubles. Had back up power since 9:30 p.m. December 23rd - pto driven generator. There is an underground cable coming from the power pole in the background into our main yard and it had faulted in the middle of the road between yards for the second time in about a year. That was hard digging.
Tractor got a work out running pto generator and headed to town for aromatherapy, manicure, pedicure, spa treatment, and face lift.
Finally got to go check cattle. Had to get yearling breds and calves to come out of the breaks the expensive way.
Well worth the walk
