I haven't heard anything explaining how the last cow was positive when she was born so long after the feed ban. The other post-ban positive was blamed on hold-over feed. What about this one?

When their investigation is complete, I would assume that the findings will be posted.
In any event, the report will probably contain the standard "CYA" phrase, "...most likely route of transmission...", which is SOP when retreating to the feed THEORY. :roll:
