FACTUAL comment re. NCBA & GIPSA & P&SA

Hmmmmmnnnnn! I've heard it as "what goes around, comes around". Who cares? The sun shines, and the rain falls on the just and the unjust alike.

Econ, when have you EVER posted anything good about NCBA? Or supported any of your cheap shot allegations against them with facts?

BTW, when I stand up for NCBA, I'm standing up for and with the the many thousands of cattle producer members of that organization.

BTW, I never said that I CANNOT tell you what I was told......but I'm telling you that I WILL NOT, simply because you have not been honest with me, and you denigrate me because I do not bow to your self proclaimed"superior" intellect and "insider knowledge".

Does anyone believe serious complaints, if they exist, of wrongdoing filed with GIPSA have been thrown away, or will the new management have access to them?

Why do you expect instantaneous resolutions of long term problems? It seems reasonable that during the two and a half months the new management has been in GIPSA, likely has been spent sorting out the mess. I seriously doubt political posturing by politicians breathing smoke at them is a real benefit to anyone except the campaigners.

Really, Econ, saying "the biggest problem is people who support them (GIPSA) blindly without accountability" is total stupidity! Show us any entity who has done that, with corroborating evidence, please, for a change from your usual tactics!

MRJ, "You "anti" business/NCBA/USDA fanatics sure have yourselves worked up into a tizzy!"

Anti business? I'm not letting you get away with that one. I don't know of anybody here who is anti-business. Anti-illegal-business, yes. Anti-business-that-threatens-our-futures, yes.

Some of us are enjoying this because the orginazation that is supposed to be representing producers has been mum on an issue that is headlines in the industry. Not even a vanilla "These allegations could be serious and we will be watching intently"? Maybe they don't know about it? Maybe they've known for a long time?

MRJ, you are about as useful as bishop bernard involved in the child abuse scandals, and just as supportive to the abuses in the meats industry. You have the same problem-- I don't think you are smart enough to realize it and support the system way too much when problems surface instead of being able to deal with them effectively.

I don't condemn the whole catholic church or its members, but people like you who do not cleanse the dirty need to be called on it.

Good QUESTION ,MRJ. Thats why the the Justice department needs to look at the 1800 complaints and only 2 investigated, and those 2 were minor infractions.
All of this in a 200 billion + dollar industry with 4 major players.

THEY DID break up MA BELL for the same reason as the orginazation that is supposed to be representing producers has been mum on an issue that is headlines in the industry.
