Father's day

I had a great father's day..
my son is home,.. and he gave me a grill starter.. I like charcoal and a grill starter is a great help..

and a red solo cup mug..

I was sent a copy of Obama's fathers day message..

and feel he made a good point in the speech,.. but wonder why liberals do not allow policy changes to re-enforce the good points they sometimes make..

that the single parent household are not as good as having two decent parents..

I am not talking about broken homes where a divorce is probably the best solution..

but about homes that start out without a father.. often called a sperm donor or baby daddy because they do not deserve to be called a father..

but the point he made in his speech is the exact opposite of how the welfare programs end up

so why don't black leaders try harder to end the decay of the family?

You mean "Leaders" like Jesse Jackson?

The problem not only lies with those "Baby Daddys", but with the Mothers of those single parent children also?

If they didn't spread those legs as often, maybe that culture wouldn't continue to perpetuate itself?

I don't see Black Leaders changing anything. They'll just be called Uncle Toms for speaking out.

We're in a world of trouble and over half of the geographical areas in the U.S. don't see it because they are removed from it.

I want my country back.

Don't forget that this problem is in ALL the racial groups in the USA.

Didn't it really escalate when our own government agencies made it possible for even young girls to have their babies without benefit of a husband, 'giving' them an apartment, food, and even money to live on?

Why do they almost never promote adoptions, but seem to favor either keeping a baby and going on welfare (by whatever fancier name) or abortion?

67% of the Black kids in the U.S. are in "Single-Parent" families

Some States are as high as 70%-80%.

Wash. D.C. is 86%?

http://datacenter.kidscount.org/data/acrossstates/Rankings.aspx?ind=107

Seems to be a "Breeding" problem. :???:

African-Americans make up 12.6% of the U.S. population but the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) reports that black women accounted for 35.4% of all abortions in 2009.

around here it is called "My check".. and it seems as if they are entitled to it...

With out the check,.. those parents would have had to make some tough choices.. in fact I doubt many would decide to have a baby if they realized there wasn't anything in it for them..

or at least had the baby with a person who they knew would stick around a bit longer...

as for the baby daddys.. the check lets them off the hook...

they can't live with the girl.. or she loses her check.. and they can't support the child or she losses her check... so they need to move on and find a new baby momma..

Most of these girls won't tell the State who the Daddy is because the State will go after the Daddy for child support. Sometimes the State pays Child Support and then TRIES to recoup from the Daddy.

The entire costs of these births are paid by a Medicaid agency too. Not cheap.

It's a huge screwed up, out of control mess.

around here race isn't the factor.. it might be in percentages.. but it looks like it crosses all the racial lines..

most poor seem to have more poor.. and add in a few from middle class and rich families and it gets worse with each generation..

and none of them seem to see the damage the lifestyle has on themselves..

No argument here on that point. ,.. if they didn't get it paid for,.. how many would have a child,.. let alone several?

Why would a strong home need a leader?

in many communities.. especially poor minorities communities they do not have an abundance of strong homes..

in fact strong homes are getting a bit rare...

so those communities need someone to change the direction and that person usually is a community leader.. but I feel most community leaders are failing miserably by relying on welfare to take care of the single parent families.. instead of helping them break the cycle,.. the leadership just get more enslaved by it..

Father's Day Poem

Walk a Little Slower Daddy
"Walk a Little slower, Daddy." said a little child so small.
I'm following in your footsteps and I don't want to fall.
Sometimes your steps are very fast, sometimes they're hard to see.
So walk a little slower Daddy, for you are leading me.
Someday when I'm all grown up, You're what I want to be.
Then I will have a little child who'll want to follow me.
And I would want to lead just right, and know that I was true.
So, walk a little slower, Daddy, for I must follow you!!" - Author Unknown

Just another case of obama saying one thing and doing another.

(CNSNews.com) - The Obama Justice Department is arguing in the United States Supreme Court that children do not need mothers.

The Justice Department’s argument on the superfluity of motherhood is presented in a brief the Obama administration filed in the case of Hollingsworth v. Perry, which challenges the constitutionality of Proposition 8, the California ballot initiative that amended California’s Constitution to say that marriage involves only one man and one woman.

The Justice Department presented its conclusions about parenthood in rebutting an argument made by proponents of Proposition 8 that the traditional two-parent family, led by both a mother and a father, was the ideal place, determined even by nature itself, to raise a child.

The Obama administration argues this is not true. It argues that children need neither a father nor a mother and that having two fathers or two mothers is just as good as having one of each.

Of course, each one equals a lifetime Democrat voter/fraudulent voter. Anything that might change that would be demonized to hell by the poverty pimps and socialist libs.
