Bigshot FDA Commissioner lies on forms and committs open fraud and gets a suspended sentence from the Bush Administration--but if your a Border Patrolman that shoots an illegal immigrant Drug smuggler in the butt in a split second decision after he attacks you when you catch him smuggling 748 lbs of marijuana-- the administration makes up a case and covers for the illegal smuggler to prosecute the BP Agents while letting the druggy walk- and gives them 12 years in prison.......

Former FDA Chief Crawford Fined Almost $90,000
Former Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Lester Crawford on Tuesday was fined $89,377 in conjunction with charges related to his ownership of stock in companies regulated by FDA.
A federal judge also sentenced Crawford to three years probation and ordered him to perform 50 hours of community service.
Crawford, who resigned from FDA in 2005, admitted to making false statements on financial disclosure forms and violating conflict-of-interest laws. The stock holdings at issue included Sysco Corp., PepsiCo Inc. and Kimberly-Clark Corp.
"I accept full responsibility for what I have done to have brought about these charges," Crawford said during sentencing. "I am deeply regretful for what happened."
