So teacher asks student to put cell phone away and comply with class room conduct.

Student refuses.

At teacher's request, principal asks student to put cell phone away.

Student refuses.

Principal insists student put phone away or leave school grounds.

Student refuses thus satisfying the elements for felony trespass.

Cop called in, cop asks trespassing student to vacate school.

Student refuses.

Cop observes felony trespass, and warms student he will remove her if she insists on trespassing.

Student refuses.

Cop physically removes felon from class
room, thus protecting other students from the unpredictability of felon.

How could cop do anything better?

Cop has been suspended without pay. Will wind up in the same boat as the exonerated Ferguson shooter. Jobless..........

Sadly, that seems to be a sign of the times. Thank you, liberals. :(

Where is the outrage? This just sends signals to every would be punk to do what they want as they won't be held responsible.
Darned if I would want my kids to be in some of the schools.........and to think, we pay for public education........

It fits in with the 'plan' exposed here previously of demonstrating that local city police cannot handle their jobs, so O. needs to call in the UN police forces to 'restore order'.

It seems the people, both trouble makers and law abiding, would figure this out and support their local police over having foreign strangers from the UN, with a history of mistreating those whom they are supposed to protect, brought in.

maybe the "minority" neighborhoods and schools would like the UN troops so much they would stop killing each other.. (sarcasm)

sadly this officer lost his job because a thug resisted arrest...

My daughter is a very strong, very strong-willed lady. She's a certified teacher in Tennessee and Georgia with certifications in High School English and Home Economics.

A few years ago she taught in a public school that had a bunch of baby-mommas in it. They were entirely disruptive, disobedient, and disrespectful. My daughter fought them and the weak-kneed administration for two years and finally quit. It wasn't worth it.

She now teaches private piano lessons from home. She will never go back to the public schools. The patients are running the asylums.

(CNSNews.com) - In the Detroit public school district, 96 percent of eighth graders are not proficient in mathematics and 93 percent are not proficient in reading.

That is according to the results of the 2015 National Assessment of Educational Progress tests published by the Department of Education’s National Center for Educational Statistics.

Only 4 percent of Detroit public school eighth graders are proficient or better in math and only 7 percent in reading. This is despite the fact that in the 2011-2012 school year—the latest for which the Department of Education has reported the financial data—the Detroit public schools had “total expenditures” of $18,361 per student and “current expenditures” of $13,330 per student

Think about the heavy hand of un policing. They'd be arresting free thinkers with guns and tasers - mostly thought criminal.
