Nice looking stock as usual....According to our regional paper today, you have your work cut out for you in the next month....Valentine Livestock Market has all their sales and consignments listed through Nov. 1. In these parts the feeder market is not as strong as a year ago, but by the looks of your numbers, those paychecks should be a nice reward for all the hard work :D Congratulations Soapweed and all your partners! Hope the sales go well!

Thank you. Time will tell; the jury is still out. We'll just do the best we can on our end, and let the chips fall where they may.

Soapweed, the pictures are good as usual. How is the Kosmo Kid's schooling going for him?

The Kid seems to like college life, but he was also glad to get back home for a short visit. We put him to work, vaccinating calves and helping to put in a water tank. He commented, "You know, it feels downright good to actually do some physical work again." I am glad he feels that way. :)

Golly, Soapweed, those calves DO LOOK GOOD!

Thanks for the great pictures. I especially like the one of Saddle Tramp
"heading toward the corrals."

Thank you. The country looks much better today. We received 2.7 inches of rain during the night. It came down steady in a moderate fashion. The ground around here was so thirsty, there are not even many puddles standing today. It was a very welcome weather event. :)

YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is so great when that happens. :D :D :D

Wish we would have got that...Just enough here to get the hay wet so we couldn't bale...About 15 hundreths down here- little over a quarter of an inch at the north place...
