I just had a couple of posts show up 20 and 30 minutes after I made them. I guess everybody needs to be patient. If I have some extra ones show up, somebody please delete them so I don't look stupid. Or stupider.

It's OK ,baby....we understand!!!

Ranchers net may be ok, but when I google cattle today and then attempt to go to Cattle Today, a warning comes up saying this site (Cattle Today) may damage your computer.

Seems like it, but has your post listed as from gcreekrch...or gcreekrch's post as coming from PORKER. :? :???:

I did make a post here last night but don't see it. :???: My screen has the correct postings except for that.

Short version... cattletoday got a virus and we spent all weekend getting rid of it. It's now gone, hopefully for good. It was a relatively mild virus that redirected your search to their site. In the meantime ranchers.net forum database got scrambled. Probably by one of us uploading stuff to the server. Both sites are on the same server. We're working on it. It's better but not completely OK.

I was away for a few days waiting for an eight hour opening in my busy day where I could download the newest AVG antivirus software. I finally got it updated on my state of the art high tech dialup line, and be darned if it didn't find the following this morning.

the message reads...

Beware potentially harmful program HackTool.bvu It also mentions the name Terminator.exe.

is this relevant? or just a coincidence? Whatever, AVG caught it and dealt with it.
