Good looking stuff Murgen,post some pictures when you bale,got any idea what the tonnage is going to be ?..........good luck

PS I think the hay crop in TX is pretty much wishful thinking,weather just wont allow it.

It looks great! I can't believe you're already cutting hay, and we haven't even stopped having below-freezing temps here yet! :shock:

With the wet conditions, and now 3 days of rain (3+ inches), haying isn't looking promising for us either. I saw my haybine float by the house last night.....

Haymaker asked for the tonnage on this field. They filed the bunk silo today. 75 acres filed a 100 x 27 x8ft. bunk silo. It works out to be about 425.8 tons, if my calculator is working right, at about 35% DM. Not bad for new seeding!
