First Cuttin.....

Got it rolled up this afternoon. Everyone in this country has got hay on the ground now. No one did when we cut ours. It's like we started somethin LOL I'll post pictures tomorrow.

Wasn't great...but not bad either. Made 4 1/4 bales per acre.

i wouldn't take so many acres up here if a person could get that kind of production. all i ask for is a good first cuttin and that is about all we get.

No joke, and it's snowing again, 25 degrees, with windchills in the low teens this morning, WTH!!! :mad: I'm ready to hop on a plane to visit Texas... like this afternoon :wink: . Do you need help haying??? :D

Orchards use to cover crop with Vetch and Horse Beans
Vetch is good for cows BUT does not go well with a lot of Horses - many horses break-out with big Silver Dollar size PLOTS from it.
