Actually all you folks backing this wealthy Muslim Prince and upset with anyone that questions him or his intentions is kind of refreshing in one way.... Here I thought that you all believed all Muslims were evil, hated all Muslims - and preferred genocide over dealing/working with them....

But apparently I was wrong and you folks realize there are good Muslim's and bad Muslims just like any other religion... :)

Fat chance of that happening OT. Interesting that there was no mention of where the tanks originated that ISIS is driving around Iraq. This is the problem with wearing a party label.

It's a vicious cycle, trying to lose weight when you can't move much. But I'd bet the kid that stuck to that drafty cross bronc could lose 10 pounds just for orneriness.

He could do the stomach surgery...bet his wife's insurance would cover it. But then giving up beer would be a bitch. Does your medical weed help at all OT?

Actually I am 30 lbs lighter than when that flood picture was taken (which was right after a prednisone session) - and the weight loss is from a low carb diet... But better then the weight loss- my cholesterol and triglycerides went to fantastic numbers and I was able to stop all that medication- and lower my A1C down to below or around 7... Made my Doc into a believer in the low carb diet..

But after being active all your life (weight trained at least 3 days a week , ran a couple miles a day- 5 miles at least once a week, put lots of miles in the saddle, etc.) its hard to change your lifestyle to fit the changing body- which includes how you've ate all your life before your body refused to do all those things... When you live in an old German family that has a long ritual of having a big family feast for every birthday or holiday it makes it tougher... And a piece of the grandkids birthday cake and ice cream aren't on any of the low carb diets I've found!

OT, congrats on the weight loss. You need to keep healthy to spoil grandkids. My brother in law is a pretty sharp vet, and he advocates limiting carb intake to control weight and also the blood sugar waves. Keep up the good diet, I know it gets tedious.
