Well I was in the mood for something different and found this. Now we are using an offensive meat called "turkey" some of you may or may not have heard of it before :p But dang did it ever come out good!

1 env. onion soup mix
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 c. oil (I used butter, who the heck would substitute that for oil!)
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
5 lb. turkey breast with bone

Place turkey in pan, breast side up. Brush on soup mixture and tent with foil. Roast 1 hour, basting once. Remove foil, baste again. Roast 1 hour more, or until meat is done. Bake at 350 degrees.

I didnt know it was for the Finnish! I thought since it was made in Sweden, there may have been an incident or two with a few of the locals, you know if there is a warning label on a product........

It works out a bit salty (not icky, just more than I like), but I don't use alot salt when i cook so I'm not sure how you could tone it down a bit.
