After the lengthy underwear discussion this scat picture is probably only one micro-step lower!
I'm not sure what type animal left the little hand print- tried to find a suitable chart match. Do you think it might be opossum? or raccoon? Hmmm. Was hoping to get a red fox print. I made a muddy area with our clay dirt and put out some scraps.

Looks like it could be a front paw on a coon...Hind feet look like a humans with a skinny heel....But on the other hand I've never seen a possum track....

There are plenty of cats around but I don't know if they are fed outside or inside, some ferral. A main road around here is called Possum Park because there are plenty of them dead on the street. Also raccoon and fox and once in awhile we smell a skunk. Still haven't seen coyotes but they are supposed to be in all states except Hawaaii. I'd like one of those sneaky night-vision cameras for Christmas.

It's a Meerkat track for sure. I would know that track anywhere.

lol   You made me read up on meerkats "the meerkat is also known as the sun angel, as it protects villages from the moon devil or the werewolf which is believed to attack stray cattle or lone tribesmen." Sounds like we should send one to Judith to protect her from her devil's spawn headless chickens!

Me says that looks like a calves first poop! You know when it comes out with those round, beady things in it. But I'm sure that isn't it.

nr....I too wonder why you're measuring it.

I also have to confess, I thought the first picture was the top of un-iced brownies...then recognized the footprint.

Yeah................I really like the measurement of the turd. Whatever the critter is, it is not dehydrated!!!!!

NR, if youre not busy enough, I have a couple circles that need to be fenced, and then afterwards we can take the ruler and measure some 'yote turds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck on your quest of the mysterious pooper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since the ruler was out to measure the paw print...and the skat chart also had measurement PLUS  very precise descriptions of droppings ewwww!
It poured last night so no tracks today . Will keep you posted since you're surely gripping your chairseats over this earth-shaking issue.
