New Orleans was a surprise to me as well.

Everything else seemed to fit. Look at he demographics of Dims from the last presidential election.

They probably only saw Bourbon Street on Sunday morning and made a judgement call from there. Sure as heck didn't see the 9th ward, Algiers and some of the other hoods.
