From a Dr. on the health care bill

I got this off a blog that was posted March 14...I still thought it was
worth sharing here...

As a doctor practicing in NJ all I can say is if this gets passed ......good luck folks. You’re going to need it. I hope you all stay healthy and never get sick. This bill is the biggest pile of crap I have ever read.....oh yes ...I read it...since it will directly affect my practice and my patients health and treatment options. This bill has little to do with reform and everything to do with politics and a big government health care take over. There are countless pet projects attached to it that have nothing to do with healthcare reform including the take over of student loan programs. For god sakes people WAKE UP. Stop following your political leaders blindly who are walking us off the edge of a cliff. I am all for reform ....this is not it...I promise you....read the damn thing and if you can’t read it or understand it then for gods sake don’t support it. They keep saying it’s not perfect and it’s better than doing nothing. That’s a pile of BS. Please tell me one job held by anyone that if you knew what you were doing was wrong you would do it anyway because it is “good enough”. I know if I did that I would be sued for malpractice. They now do this in congress everyday, Republicans AND Democrats and nobody seems to care. They admit they don’t know what their voting for, and nobody holds them responsible. ENOUGH ALREADY. If you love this country, your family or even just to protect your own self interest, you need to MAKE A STAND NOW, TODAY….Tell your leaders you have had enough…vote them out…protest…take the time…get involved. I work 60-80 hour weeks and I have been at many rallies and plan to cancel office hours to head to Washington DC March 16 to try and stop this thing. Please help…by saving our healthcare system the life you save might be your parents, your kids or perhaps your own.

Very good point, and it shouldn't take a Dr. telling us this is wrong for us to realize that. At the very least we need to be calling members of congress and telling them how disappointed we are.

Like I said it doesn't matter if that came from a DR. or a nurse or a bum on the street. Facts are facts, if you are too blind to see that then I would personally like to thank you for your vote, that created the vote that passed the health care bill, that gave a $400 billion dollar debt to me and anyone after me. Good job! :x

Well if you get your "facts" from an anonymous blogger I can see why you are so warped in your thinking.
Let me guess you get your facts from a liberal bias bottom of the ratings TV anchor that has a tingle going up his leg at the shear sound of Obama's voice. That thinks it is his duty to make sure Obama is a successful President. Who works for a network that is owned by a Company that is so far up Obama's butt they can see what he is thinking.
OR you get them from a guy that promised Change and has made more dirty backroom Chicago style deals to get this bill passed than anyone in History. How did the Obama promised Transparency work out for the Majority of US voters. :???:
