Time to conserve a little, time for Americans to use less! Time for the free market to provide us with other options. Ones that do not hurt the economy like Ethanol does.
I say battery powered cars are the answer, it has been proven that they work back when California was pushing for them. If you have never seen the Movie "Who killed the Electric Car" I recommend watching it.
