Can you name one Democratic President that actually improved the Army?

and don't use the same fuzzy math you used to claim Bush killied more then Saddam,

even by the worst counts, the death toll for the 986 days is far less then saddam's genocide..........more millions dead and still more are being found...Yet you continue to Support him....(have you donated to his legal defense fund?)
