JESSE JACKSON SAYS HE WANTS TO CUT OBAMA'S 'NUTS OFF'

WASHINGTON - In a vulgar tirade caught on tape by Fox News, the Rev. Jesse Jackson said he wanted to "cut his [Barack Obama's] nuts off" and he accused the fellow Chicagoan of "talking down to black folks" by giving moral lectures to African-Americans, source said.

Jackson's shocking quotes were picked up by a hot mic before an interview on health care in Fox's Chicago studio last Sunday.

Fox planned to air the recording on Bill O'Reilly's "The Factor" show.

In an effort to blunt the controversy, Jackson issued an apology.

"For any harm or hurt that this hot mic conversation may have caused, I apologize," Jackson said in a statement.

Jackson said he couldn't recall everything he'd said in the studio but couched the remarks as part of a discussion about Obama speaking to black churchgoers.

In such settings, Obama has urged greater emphasis on fatherhood, advised parents to choose reading books over playing video games and most recently told young students to stick with school and forget about a career as a rap star or professional basketball player.

Jackson said that in doing so Obama was hurting his relationship with black voters, "that the senator was cutting off his you-know-whats with the black people and black churches."

Jackson told CNN that he called the Obama campaign to apologize and reiterated his support for the campaign of the first black nominee of a major party.

"My support for Senator Obama's campaign is wide, deep and unequivocal," he said in his statement. "I cherish this redemptive and historical moment."

Obama had no comment.

Best endorsement of Obama yet

Jesse was upset because Obama had given a speach calling on parents- especially male parents- to accept responsibility for raising their kids- and to not rely on government for everything like educating their kids...

And thats anti-Jesse policy....

I think liberal, moderate, or conservative most agree kids are their parents responsiblity to raise. The problem is some parents just won't step up to the plate.

Just watched O'reilly and Hannity. They showed some of the tape, but O'Reilly said there was a lot worse that they were not going to play.

Anyone hear anything about what else was said besides cutting off his nuts? A little rough talk for a Reverend to be using you would think.

There just HAD to be an "MF" in there somewhere.

One day a young black boy came home from his first day of school and proclaimed to his sister, "I LEARNED TO WRITE HALF A WORD TODAY"!

Sis says, "And what word is that"?

Bro smiled proudly and says, "MOTHER"!

The 'Old Guard' is pizzed off cause Obama has not 'kissed the ring' and come to them for their guidance. They are all still living in the 60's.

The new generations have moved past that and see that Obama is a man who is running for the office of President who happens to be black.....NOT....a black man running for President. BIG difference!!!

Jesse has always been a puke...and he continues to this day.

He's just jealous, bottom line.

I think you are right (not in a conservative way...no offense meant  :) ), but the 'Old Guard' knows that if the candidate is extreme liberal, he must lie about himself and his beliefs to get elected...which is why the Obama campaign is moving toward conservatism. I hope Jesse doesn't get Obama's balls and Obama stands up for being the extreme liberal he is that will move the country toward socialism!!! Maxine Waters is there with a plan!!!!!  :?

He's been guided by the illustrious Rev. Wright for 20 years now and he's certainly part of the Old Guard of "Whitey" haters.

Your analysis makes no sense. :???: :???:

It makes no sense to you because I was NOT talking about the Rev Wright deal...I was talking about this incident with Jesse.

But if you will think back....after Obama broke from Wright....Wright went around and made a series of speeches that basically ' dissed' Obama. Wright had the idea, before the break up, that HE was gonna ride to the White House on Obama's ticket.

Then when Obama made the break....that's when Wright went on his speech tour. So he showed his jealousy in another way.

This IS NOT a story...it will mean nothing....it means nothing now....and will mean nothing in less than 12 hrs.

All it did was help Obama....and made Jesse looked dumber, and who knew that was even possible?????

The ONLY reason Obama "broke" from Wright is that the voting public was exposed to what Wright was preaching - and what Obama was sitting there taking in. If we were not made aware of what that clown was about, BarryO would still be sitting in the pews.

I disagree that it will help Obama in the larger context.

1- Jesse pulls a lot of weight with the black "Whitey" antagonists.

2- Rev right pulls basically the same crowd.

3- Obama has spent 20 years with his head up Wright's ass, knowing full well what Wright's stance is, and all of a sudden pulls his head out?

No, it ain't a-gonna wash. Blacks are way too clannish for that.

As I've said before, Obama's movement to the right is way too obvious.

Blacks want to vote for Blacks that will stand up to "Whitey", not to the other prominent black crusaders of reverse discrimination.

Looked like it was Nigger! He probably saved the MF word for fox news.

“See, Barack been, um, talking down to black people on this faith-based – I wanna cut his nuts out. … Barack – he’s talking down to black people -- telling n------s how to behave.” Jesse Jackson

Seems like a Civil Rights leaders would remove such comments from his vocabulary.
