Rick Perry hangs out with Glenn Beck, plans NYC fundraising trip

Posted on September 19, 2011 at 1:47 pm by Dan X. McGraw in Campaign 2012, Gov. Rick Perry

Rick Perry hung out with former FOX News host Glenn Beck over the weekend. The two spent time together during the Lone Survivors Foundation Gala in Houston. The Republican presidential candidate is a favorite for Tea Partiers, and he seemed to make a quick friend with Beck. The two exchanged Twitter posts about their visit, each calling the other "great."

Only if we re re elect that idiot you follow

Kinda like this warning Aug 26 2011?

President Obama went to the airwaves early Friday urging people to prepare for an apocalyptic nightmare that could strike the East Coast this weekend as Hurricane Irene encroaches across America.

OMGAWD we're all gunna DIE

Let's see Perry's BFF is Glenn Beck and they are talking about a fundraiser and Flounder seems to have a problem with that.

Tell us Flounder has Glenn Beck bombed any Federal buildings, like Obama's BFF William Ayers did? Did you have a problem with Ayers arranging fund raising for Obama? :?

Did you have a problem with George Soros supporting Obama when he has a record of bringing down foreign countries with his dirty financial tactics?

Did you have a problem with Obama benefiting financially when Crook Rezko gave Obama property next to his Chicago mansion?

Did you say anything about Obama's pal/pastor Jeremiah Wright when he screamed GD AMERICA from his church pulpit?

Did you have a problem with Obama appointing a TAX CHEAT to head up the US Treasury?

Somehow I doubt it but now you have a problem with who Perry is buddying up with, who I might add is LAW ABIDING and American loving unlike Obama's buddies .

I understand Glenn's enthusiasm for getting "behind the frontrunner", but I always thought he was more principled than standing with Perry.

Perry is not a "true conservative".

I would rather see a "true conservative" win the Republican nomination, than just "anybody that can beat obama"

Let obama win in 2012.....let the Dems./progressives prove to themselves what their ideology entails, and let them languish in the wilderness for 40 years afterwards, if they do choose to vote for obama again.

It will damage the conservatives mission/cause, if they elect a "RINO", or an opportunist.

The ramifications of the obama policies will not be seen for another 4 years. If a conservative is elected now, they will be blamed for those policies.

Most people are not intelligent enough to realize that it takes years for policies to work through the system.

Republican actions are immediate, when considered by Democrats.

Take a look at the "Bush job losses" that were created by the U.S.-China Relations Act of 2000.....it was the tax cuts that created those job losses, not the "off-shoring" of those jobs.

The tax cuts "created or saved" millions of jobs, but that is not relevant, unless a Dem. President is in power.

The higher tax rates of the Clinton Presidency created jobs immediately....they did not lose jobs the day after he left office.....that was Bush's fault.
