Took a few pictures on my morning constitutional this morning.

Angus calf out of a 3/4 South Devon cow.

Our only purebred South Devon cow-we'd have more if they were all like her. Out of the only 'Hairpin brand' cow I ever owned.

Moving out-her udder is holding up not bad for ten-it's definately that breeds weak point

Lad first calver heading out-that calf isn't very big now but it might be a bit bigger by fall-I don't think it was too hard on the heifer.

I hope you are feeling as good as those pairs look as the grass turns green. Looks like the girls made through the North winter in decent rig.

What on earth did you do with the ears on that S. Devon cow? Every one of ours that has that much Devon blood in them look like Mickey Mouse.
