One year my son won the reserve champion calf in the scramble class at the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair. White steers usually have a tough time at steer shows, but he was pretty special. 8)

His mother was almost as pretty as this cow. :D :D :D

I want a whole herd of cows, built just like that! Now that, is a well built cow. Not too long, not too short. Deep capacity and a good heart girth. If a man had a herd like that, you could put any kind of dink bull on them and still raise good cattle.

Thanks for posting a picture of a GOOD looking cow NR. I knew there had to be some saving grace with you!

But JB she don't have a lick of Angus in her lmao.

That just makes her that much better! You can use an angus bull on her and get hybred vigor in the calf.

I'm serious! That is the way cows are supposed to be made.

Tim they could be twins lol.

I took that picture at about 8 o'clock this morning. She calved a couple hours later. Tan/whiteface heifer calf off a Char bull.
Probably another "keeper". :) :) :)
