when the republican party has somebody who would be so electable as colin powell what the heck are they doing hanging onto sarah palin? talk about a contrast; he's intelligent, tested and respected while she's lacking in intelligence, experience and respectability. you have to think the democrats have moles pulling the strings of the republican party.

then i guess it's more important to rove that he control things than that the republicans get elected. he's gambling that obama will be such a failure that any trash can get elected if they run as republicans. any demographic that would rather listen to rush and sarah has learned nothing from history.

It would seem so Don what with Taitz and Palin.

Although unfortunately the polarization that is the result of a smear campaign against Obama is very similar to Rove's orchestration of the anti-Clinton campaign that brought the worst president in history into power - George W Bush - so I believe that Rove is up to his dirty work with an army of thousands and some highly paid PR firms.

The sad thing is that Rove's endless ambition and Machiavellian nature is ruining a great nation and causing untold harm to millions.

do you even pay attention?? OBAMA is going to be the worse thing we have EVER witnessed... he is a clusterphuck. an ignorant fool looking to tax the haves and give to the have-nots.... he thinks he is Robin Hood.... but he is really just a crook from the hood.

As to be expected , your headline is complete horsecrap, Reader. The GOP did not admit that Palin lied. All you have is one individual's opinion.

On the other side of the ball, I can PROVE that Obama lied - yet you don't seem to have much to say there...... How liberal of you.

Yeah, it figures. Only Nebraska has politicians who don't lie.

Yeah, it figures. An East-Coast elitist liberal flapping her lips and making condecending remarks about something that she knows absolutely nothing about.

Reader, "She's a politician folks. She lies but unlike other politicians her lies are boldface and easily refutable"

And Obama?

I just thought it the ultimate in hypocracy for an Obama supporter to chide anybody else about easily refuted lies.

Tell you what, this offer goes out to any and all of you liberals. I bring quotes of Obama lying and you pay me $5. You bring quotes of Palin lying and I'll pay you $10. Anybody interested in actually putting your money where your mouths are?

Politicians are famous for stretching the truth or not telling the whole story. That is different than blatant look-you-in-the-eyes lying. The man is a pathological lair. I won't excuse that. Why do you?

The only way on God's green earth for this "reform" to work, to bring health care costs into line is to ration care-- no ifs ands or buts, Now how are you going to do that- the ONLY way is to deny some one some procedure- a pace maker, a hip replacement, a bypass surgery. Now who is gonna have to suffer-- the young person who works at 2 jobs to survive-- NO- he's working, the one who does without is the retiree in a home who can't get from the front door to the hallway with out either pain or assistance. Who is gonna decide which of the 50,000 elderly is eligable of procedures--THE GOVERNMENT you idiot. You call it what ever you want but the end product is the same damn difference-

No, I just want to show that you liberals won't put your money where your mouth is. You're lip flappers and nothing more - about as revelant as a fart in a tornado.

Ask them about it, and many Democrats will point to the continued personal popularity of Barack Obama. But that's not the story. "I think what's going to happen is Obama's going to be fine, and the Democrats in Congress are going to get their asses kicked in 2010," says one Democratic strategist who prefers not to be named. "This is following a curve like the Clinton years: take on really controversial things early, fail, or succeed partially, ask Democrats to take really tough votes, and then lose. A lot of guys are going to get beat, but the president has time to recover."
