Got to LOVE the Dems.

President Obama isn't just facing lower approval ratings -- people are starting to question his honesty and trustworthiness.

A Quinnipiac Poll this week said that "for the first time" a majority of Americans -- 52% to 44% -- say that Obama is not honest and trustworthy.

"His previous lowest marks on honesty were May 30, when 49% of voters said he was honest and 47% said he wasn't," Quinnipiac reported.

If people don't trust Obama, it's going to be very hard for him to upgrade his approval rating -- now down to 39%, according to that same poll.

It also makes it harder for Obama to get anything through Congress, whether it's an immigration bill or changes to the health care law.

And the health care law appears to be the root of Obama's current problem.

His ratings have fallen since the beginning of October and a rollout of the health care law that has featured an infamously malfunctioning web site.

Voters are also on Obama for his long-ago pledge that people who like their existing insurance policies could keep them. Many Americans have received cancellation notices, though administration officials said that many of the affected policies do not meet new federal quality standards.

White House officials, noting that Congress has much lower approval ratings, said voters are upset with all of Washington, D.C.

"There is no question that the dysfunction in Washington that the American people have seen is taking its toll on everyone," said Obama spokesman Jay Carney.

Carney said the president is working to fix problems with the health care law, and other challenges facing Americans.

"We need to focus here on getting the work done that the American people sent us to do," he said. "And that means working together to fix problems when they arise, not to try to score political points, and it means taking ownership and responsibility for problems that happen on your watch."

The Dems passed Obamacare on a compete partisan vote and took no advise from the Republicans when they did it and now Obama and his talking heads after being repeatedly caught in their OWN LIES are blaming the Republicans for the mess they are in because the Republicans dared to resist what the Dems were doing.

The Republicans tried to pass a bill to protect people's insurance from being canceled by regulations HHS wrote as Obama promised they could keep them and the Dems ALL VOTED AGAINST THE FIX forcing the cancelation of the policies but now they are blaming the insurance companies for the mess they made.

And now it is "we must work together to fix the problems". Funny how they resisted any Republican help before but now it is it is time to work together to fix the mess that has got Obama dropping like a rock in the polls. I doubt anything the Republicans can do is going to fix that fact Obama is a pathological LIAR and is found NOT TRUSTWORTHY. I doubt they can fix the fact the Dem Senators and Congressmen can not stand up and admit they supported the idea that 10's of million of hard working Americans would lose their insurance so the Dems can force them to pay higher premiums to fund their insurance scams.

But Obama and the Dems will never take responsibility for the mess they made as long as they have the Republicans and Insurance Companies to blame it on and the un-informed voters buy their lies to keep the gravy train running full speed ahead.
