"We owe our men and women in uniform an enormous debt of gratitude for their sacrifices. And recent experience has reminded us that they deserve more than just our thanks. We need to ensure that we are providing them with the support and resources that they need to get the job done."

Who said it?

Would you say this person supports the war?

Would you say this person supports our troops?

Heres a thought stevie, why don't you just answer the questions instead of trying to add some type of deep thinking to it.

According to Google, it was Senator Clinton, and obviously she does support the troops if she thinks we owe them a debt of gratitude and support and resources...
So far as her opinion on the war:
I do not believe that we should allow this to be an open-ended commitment without limits or end. Nor do I believe that we can or should pull out of Iraq immediately--HRC, Letter to Constituents on Iraq, 11/29/05

What does it take to get some simple answers. No one wants to just give an answer they instead choose to "cheat" or go off on a tangent about the Religion of Govt.

You asked three questions. I answered each one.
Google isn't "cheating" anymore than checking dictionary.com is to make sure I spelled tomorrow correctly.

The only question that seems to be unanswered here was mine:

My thought on just reading it is someone sitting on the fence. Not wanting to step on toes on either side so just says a little ditty not really saying to much or taking a stand on anything. Just my thoughts.
