Should businesses that choose to be "Gun Free" be held liable for those harmed/killed by rogue shooters taking advantage of those obeying the businesses gun rules and unable to protect themselves?
Should businesses that choose to be "Gun Free" be held liable for those harmed/killed by rogue shooters taking advantage of those obeying the businesses gun rules and therefore unable to protect themselves?
I'd say yes, and expand that to schools and federal buildings. But in a country where the IRS is used to target patriotic opposition, and businesses are sued for not catering to gay couples contrary to religious beliefs, don't count on it.
