NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Hank Williams Jr. is about to have his say.

Williams' has cut new song "I'll Keep My ...," calling out "Fox & Friends" and ESPN after an interview last week on the Fox News talk show led to the end of his association with the sports network and "Monday Night Football," long home to his "Are you ready for some football?" theme.

I believe that KILT radio failed the public terribly with their blatant act of disregard for freedom of speech when they banned the Dixie Chicks, i believed it back in 2003, and i still believe it today in 2011.

we say, either ban Hank Jr. from KILT, or, start playing the Dixie Chicks Music again, and to make up for the past years that their music has not been played, you should play a song every 4 hours by the Dixie Chicks for 6 years, to make up for KILT blatant disregard for free speech, or KILT hypocrisy, take your pick..."

do you even understand or know what the "freedom of speech" is?

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The U.S. Supreme Court has never interpreted the First Amendment as having the same power to alter private property rights, or provide any other protection against purely private action. When considering private authority figures (such as parents or an employer), the First Amendment provides no protection. A private authority figure may reserve the right to censor their subordinate's speech, or discriminate on the basis of speech, without any legal consequences. "All may dismiss their employees at will,...for good cause, for no cause, or even for a cause morally wrong, without thereby being guilty of a legal wrong."[70] With specific regard to employee free speech, a few court cases illuminate the limits of the First Amendment vis-a-vis private employment.

anyone would understand that the constitution is more binding on the government then on the private persons...

Steve, Flipper is as dumb as a rock. He has no clue of what the 1st Amendment actually means/states.

He probably thinks he cannot be removed from the numerous forums he participates in because of the 1st.

I'd ban his butt in a heartbeat just because he's stupid.
