He won't be stopped by one federal judge

Not very often that the courts rule on something before it comes to a vote. Most times the funding has already been approved before the court rules.

Any Rep. or Sen. that votes for funding for an "act" that has already been deemed unconstitutional should be impeached, immediately, no questions asked. If it is appealed and overturned, then you can vote.

Seems fairly simple to me...

A confident President Obama said Wednesday he won’t be stopped by “one federal judge,” telling a Miami crowd he’ll move ahead with his controversial executive action on immigration and vowing his administration will become even more aggressive in the weeks and months to come.

"We the People" already expressed their opinion back in November.

back when we used to have three branches of government as a check on dictator like actions this would have been almost unheard of.. but today under dear leader we can't even object without the government calling US a extremist..

Constitution

The Founding Fathers, the framers of the Constitution, wanted to form a government that did not allow one person to have too much control. With this in mind, the framers wrote the Constitution to provide for a separation of powers, or three separate branches of government. Each has its own responsibilities and at the same time they work together to make the country run smoothly and to assure that the rights of citizens are not ignored or disallowed. This is done through checks and balances. A branch may use its powers to check the powers of the other two in order to maintain a balance of power among the three branches of government.
