Red Robin, you should have turned the ruler over for us non-dyslexic types. :wink: It looked like the grass was growing backwards. Green is sure a pretty color. :)

I wondered about that too, but thought I would show my intelligence (or lack of) by asking. Thanks Soapweed, for mentioning it first!! Cuz I know you are a real smart guy!!! (and in a nice way, too!)

Ha! the ruler was broke in half with the sharp end on the wrong side. Sorry about that. I never could get the same camera angle so it doesn't look like it was growing as much as it was. You can see it greening up though. This is the field I over fertilized. It's busting at the seams in this warm weather.

Not to mention that fescue seed is supposed to be 50 cents a pound this year. The guy where Ihave my cows pastured is ALL excited about that, and moving cattle around so his fields can be combined.

We had 22 degrees one night which slowed it down some along with a cool week. It's been getting with it in the last few days.
