...SIGNIFICANT EARLY SPRING SNOW STORM POSSIBLE SUNDAY NIGHT INTO
MONDAY...

A STRONG EARLY SPRING STORM SYSTEM WILL AFFECT THE REGION SUNDAY
NIGHT INTO MONDAY. PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO START OUT AS RAIN...
THEN WILL TRANSITION INTO SNOW ON SUNDAY NIGHT AS COLD AIR PUSHES
INTO THE AREA. ALTHOUGH THERE IS STILL A GREAT AMOUNT OF UNCERTAINTY
WITH THE TRACK AND TIMING OF THIS STORM...IT CURRENTLY APPEARS THAT
HEAVY SNOW IS POSSIBLE LATE SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY...GENERALLY
ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 90 OVER NORTHEASTERN WYOMING AND
WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA...AND OVER THE BLACK HILLS. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS
OF OVER 8 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THOSE AREAS. GUSTY NORTHERLY
WINDS WILL ALSO CREATE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW.

I've been of the opinion that these have helped this latest run up in beef Prices. Not good finishing or growing weather in a lot of places. But I am ready to be done with it!

The young family that leases our place is also about 3 weeks away from starting. That's gotta be good, right???? :D Hopefully the weather will be MUCH better by then. He feeds them in the morning and drives through them at night. Last year he didn't lose a calf.
