Here's a really well written response to a liberals' comment regarding the "violent" tea party movement.

Tam, you'll love this. So will many more of you.

Goldn Rule, if violence is never good, then our Founding Fathers should have just let King George continue his tyranny over them? I suppose you think Thomas Jefferson was a village idiot of his day? Our government has become exactly what the Founding Fathers fought a revolution against: forced taxation of citizens under threat of imprisonment, undue intrusion of government in citizen's lives, and laws curtailing rights and freedoms shoved down people's throats.

Our Founding Fathers were of the opinion that government should live in fear of the people, not the other way around. Government just shoved through legislation that they KNEW the majority of people were against, with many lawmakers admitting that they were looking at serious problems with their voters back home before casting their vote. And now they wonder why the American Spirit has been stirred to the point that violence is looming? We have a bunch of little Kings and Queens running around now with armed protection, decrying that people should just shut up and take their crap without rising up against them. They steal our money with armed thugs backing them up, waste our money to the point that they have saddled this country with ungodly debt, and now have set themselves up to be able to determine who lives or dies at their whim with the beginning of socialized health-care. That is the very definition of tyranny!

It's simple. If you don't want a powder keg lit, don't build one. The liberals purposely use racial tensions and class warfare to keep people divided while they transform this country into the socialist police-state it is well on the way to becoming. They demonize the creators of wealth and prosperity in this country, and claim that trying to pursue prosperity is greed. I hope it doesn't come to violence. I hope that people will band together to clean every incumbent out of Washington, no matter their party, and replace them with common people from their communities who do not hold law degrees but cherish the ideals of our Founding Fathers. It's the fact that our government is comprised of almost all lawyers that has made this government the "legal" tyranny it has become. They have "legally" changed the laws to allow them to be tyrants.

King George was legally correct in every evil he committed. Our Founding Fathers illegally rewrote their children's destiny with blood, and then set in place safe-guards to ensure that we would never have to face that choice again, and left writings to explain their intent and reasoning for every right they established. This country's mistake was not rising up when the Federal Income Tax was established in direct contradiction to the principles this country was founded on: government should never have an unfettered right to confiscate wealth from the people; confiscated wealth sets up too much of a temptation for increasing tyranny in governing and gives tyrants the funding to pay for armed protection against the people. That's why they said government wasn't allowed to tax the people except in times of war. They also instructed us in their writings that if necessary, we were to take up arms against tyranny to keep or regain the rights they established for us. In other words, they told us to break the law like they did if the law is against the freedoms and rights that they established.

If Thomas Jefferson was alive today, he'd get a bunch of guys together with some tar and feathers and make Ms. Pelosi look like Big Bird's little sister... unless he was feeling really pissed off about her thinking she has a right to trample people's freedoms and rights. In that case, the Founding Fathers would be sending General Washington to take his city back. The liberal media would label them as terrorists, and the Tories of today would call them "village idiots".

I would love to see that.

The thing that ticks me off about all the crap the Dems are spewing about the violence is where was their outrage when Stupak was getting hassassed by the left for not supporting Obama's army of goons and fools? They only started complaining about the violence when Stupak flipped like a hot pancake and was phoned by a woman telling him what she thought of him. Where is their outrage that Cantors office was shot at by the leftwing crazies. Got to love it when the right calls a guy and they get called crazy violent people but when a left shoots at a Republicans office they are what? PATROITIC. :? :x

Hypocrites DANGEROUS LEFTWINGNUT HYPOCRITES. :x

One more thing if Pelosi is so damn scare of the Tea Party attendees getting violent then explain why she took up her monster size gavel and walked arm in arm with her fellow Democrat Congressmen right through the thousands of Tea Partiers that were outside of the Capital building protesting the passing of the biggest mistake in US History. You can not tell me she was not inciting angue in that crowd with her in your face attitude. If one person would have touch her or anyone in her gang of fools they would have been arrested on the spot. I find it strange that in this year of cell phone videos they can not find one video to prove anyone in her little gang was insults or spat on.

Yeah, that's exactly right. It doesn't get any more in your face than that.

I don't condone violence, but I can't say that I blame people who are feeling a little violent right now. To pass something as monstrous as that bill, on a Sunday, against the will of the people, is absolutely reprehensible. My only hope is that people remember how we're all feeling right now come November. I believe they will, and we will see an overthrowing of many, many elected officials in office. Democrats and Republicans.

While we're at it, let's all remember how we're feeling right now come November '12 and throw that jerk out of office too!

I don't condone it either. What I don't understand is why people (DEMS) that show public outraged over the possibility of it opennly incite it with their very words and actions. :? :x

it was an in your face photo op...

add in that the congress has an under ground passage (hallway) from the office buildings to the capital,, that they use all the other days including those days they wanted to duck away from the TEA party.

If Pelosi and their merry band will pull a stunt like this to try and paint their opposition in bad light, just what other things will they do or DID they do. How many plants are there at tea parties etc.

This is going to be the ball and chain that drags these congressmen down next fall.

You can only push and poke the people so many times before they see what is really going on.
I am reminded of John Lock
advocated governmental separation of powers and believed that revolution is not only a right but an obligation in some circumstances

his theory of the "social contract" implied that among humanity's natural rights was the right of the people to overthrow their leaders, should those leaders betray the historic rights of Englishmen

at the meeting I was at last week,, a person kept asking for us for our solutions on debate issues, and often made "liberal" comments, by the end of the first half it was clear he was a plant.... he didn't come back after the short break.. so expect them.. and listen as it will be clear who doesn't belong..
