You are so busy on this site, I was afraid that you would miss the news. President Bush is sending more troops into Iraq.

Guess he doesn't agree with you.

Now we can hear from you over and over on how this was totally
the wrong thing to do...it never ends.

Really? And you see this as good news? Why? I heard he was sending more troops to Baghdad. That's, you know, the capital of the country?

Guess he doesn't agree with you.

Why is he sending more troops? Because his "stay the course" "we'll stand down when they stand up" slogans aren't working on the Iraqi people. They are still killing each other, and our troops. Iraq has been a total failure on the part of the Bush Bunch. And the rest of the world is paying for it right along with us. If Bush disagrees with me, I must be right.

I've said this a multitude of times, but I know you have problems, so I'll say it again: I'd bring our troops home from Iraq today if I could. That would finish the war as far as I'm concerned.

Well I don't see very many of our leaders taking your position.... :? :D

So? We know Bush's "plan" isn't working. Attacks on Americans and Iraqis are up 40% in the last week. Does that sound like success to you? 100 people a day are being killed in Baghdad alone. Does that sound like success? The President is sending more troops to the country, according to Faster Horses. Does that sound like success to you? As I said, if Bush agreed with me, I'd be worried about myself. I've been right more times than he has about this war.

So why aren't others taking your position? Dems included. You seem to know so damn much, if Bush's "plan", as you put it, isn't working why isn't everyone speaking up? Could it be that this is going to take a little time? (like I've said all along)

I am saddened to see more troops going to Iraq. A friend of mine's daughter is going on her second tour and a child that I knows mother is going. I guess if one knows a child that will be seperated from her mother for over a year and realized the effect that will have it puts a whole new spin on the war.

Its thanks to the liberals that the fighting is dragging on. The enemy thinks we are weak and wont stay the course. The liberals inspire the enemy to keep fighting. The war can only be lost on the home front.

George Bush is the reason for the war dragging on, not some liberal group. He should have listened to Shinseki and or done a little more comprehensive war planning for after the war.

Liberals don't inspire the enemy to keep fighting, the poor policy decisions that lead success for them do.

Saddam planned on melting back during an overwhelming attack and actually employed this tactic during the first gulf war. We should have planned for it better, controlled the weapons depots, and had a better handle of securing the territory after the big military push.

GW had a free hand in this war and can not blame any of it on the "liberals". He just made what seem to be some real strategic mistakes.

This couldn't be farther from the truth..........even the enemy admits this

It is important to not be divided on the main goals but the arguments of how to accomplish the goals should always be held. It makes us a stronger and more competent nation. Without dissent, we have a dictatorship.

As I said before, Clinton knew a lot better how to harness this power than GW has shown. It is to his detriment and the detriment of the country.
