Hey the cats are away.

You Know I always knew Jingle Bob liked faster horses but I didn't know that he really liked Faster Horses. Well not well enough to run off at the same time.

Gee 100 posts. Do you think they will be proud of us.

How long is Lent  anyways. :cowboy:

And then there was the guy who walked by a bald fellow. He ran his hand over the other man's chrome dome and commented, "This feels just like my wife's bottom." The bald guy reached up, felt the top of his own head, and replied, "So it does; so it does."

Perfect. What a burn!!!

Imagine the look the first guy gave his wife when he got home!!

NEWS FLASH - NEWS FLASH - NEWS FLASH - NEWS FLASH - NEWS FLASH

A GUY WITH A BIG COWBOY HAT AND DROOPY MOUSTACHE WAS SPOTTED IN TORONTO THIS WEEK. HE WAS SEEN IN THE COMPANY OF A SMARTLY DRESSED, STATELY LOOKING WOMAN WHO WAS HEARD TO SPEAK WITH A DISTINCTLY WESTERN DRAWL.

She may have been looking for loose change as she was heard repeating, the word "Jingle . . ."

The gentleman may have been looking for the Woodbine racetrack as he was overheard saying that he was looking for faster horses, older whiskey and a few other delectable articles.

Stay tuned.

MLA, you outdid yourself with the news flash!!! I wonder if they are sleeping single in a double bed or sleeping double in a single bed.

Poor FH finally gets a vacation and gets away from the ranch-- and what does she get but GRIEF from this group...JB finally does something reverant in his life-- and now we might run him over the deep end-- go off and do something crazy like become a Monk or something...

Love It

My husband just called and said he'd made it from Calgary to Toronto and the planes aren't taking off due to snow so he's staying the nite.
With Faster Horses and Jingle there I'm beginning to wonder

Well, nr, your husband flew right into a humdinger of a storm. It started just before noon here (we are 2 hrs. west of Toronto) and has been pummeling us ever since.

Winds are whistling out of the east and blasting us with a sleet and snow mixture. Feels like birdshot in your face. No, I didn't hunt with Cheney.

I doubt that Faster Horses will be going too far tonite as the news reports say that the major roads in that area are in bad shape or closed. Even the city feels a storm like this.

Well, hubby called this AM and was feeling pretty confident he'd be leaving Toronto because he was in a shuttle with the pilot for his flight. But he called later and said the flight was cancelled again today. I suggested a train out if there are any heading south.

He may just be in for another night of Canadian "warm" hospitality :!:

Hubby got a bus finally out of Toronto since the plane had electrical problems (after everyone had boarded) then after exiting the grounded plane there was a 1 1/2 hr wait to get their luggage-though it was a very small plane! He had only packed a carryon bag just to avoid something like this but on very small planes they stow everything.

Finally arrived home late last night. All's well that ends well. :)

nr - glad to hear it, and I'll bet he's even gladder to be home!

Faster Horses should be home anytime now, so it will be interesting to see if she notices this thread.

Let the fun begin!
