Do any of yall like Ranch Sortin? I just got into and I think I want to start bein more involved in it. I do Ranch Rodeo and the sortin you do in that is in an open arena with a team of four. I like Ranch Sortin as a competition on its own, I like that its a two person team and that you are cuttin the cattle from one pin to another. Are any of yall in Ranch sortin? Do yall like bein gateman or the sorter?

I have team penned a little. it was fun but I think the sorting would be more practical for ranch use. I think I would like to do the sorting as the gate man always figures they can do it better. :lol: :lol:

We sort our cows from calves on horse back when ever we can and it works much nicer then working down in the dust.
