Part of Hillary's speech in Denver, "I will always remember the single mom who had adopted two kids with autism, didn’t have health insurance and discovered she had cancer. But she greeted me with her bald head painted with my name on it and asked me to fight for health care."
I'm sure this drew a chorus of "amens" from the libs., but wait a minute; Doesn't the loss of hair with cancer victims from from the chemo treatments that are taken to combat the cancer? Isn't that bald head proof that she is receiving health care? Just what is Hillary saying here?
Yep- she's getting her care without paying a dime-- and you and I are paying for it-- full cost....
I'd just as soon have a plan where you and I help her pay for her insurance policy- so when she does get ill, we're not picking up the total bill of the treatment, thru increased hospital costs- which in turn raises our insurance rates....
You're missing the point, OT. Hillary is telling tall tales again! She's making stuff up! This woman is obviously receiving treatment, so what's her problem? I'll bet you a dollar to a dog turn that this woman doesnt' exist - just like the sniper fire.
What you're saying that that you want a plan where you have to pay for other people's insurance so that your insurance rates don't go up? Aren't you going to pay no matter what? Where is the win?
The win is that she pays at least part of the cost of the insurance (what she can with her earnings)-you and I pick up the rest- and then when she becomes ill- you and I then don't have to pick up a total medical bill- which with cancer treatment can run into $100,000's of thousands of dollars which is added to our medical costs and eventually our insurance costs...
I want a politician to address the real problem, which is the costs - no matter who is paying for them! That's the problem with health care costs. It's not who is paying, but how much has to be paid! The liberals just tell you a bullshit story so they can just throw money into a hole. They're just going to have us all sign a blank check that is only going to get bigger and bigger every year. But, instead of plugging the leaks that has us hemoraging money, they tell stories like "I remember this poor person....."
