Clinton's Lead Drops in New Hampshire
Sen. Hillary Clinton’s lead in the New Hampshire presidential primary race has fallen to its lowest level of the season, according to a new Rasmussen Reports survey. Clinton leads with 34% support, followed by Sen. Barack Obama at 24%, John Edwards at 15%, and Gov. Bill Richardson at 8%.

The poll shows Clinton dropping six points since her poor performance in the last Democratic debate.

I guess we can agree in part. We both agree that she's a deceiver and tried to mislead the public. Her campaign is in serious trouble. These last couple of news reports don't shine with presidential pixy dust like they did a month or two ago.

Yeah, she's in serious trouble. The last national polls I saw showed her at least head to head with any Republican nominee. And only ten points ahead of Obama. George W. Bush would promise to give up drinking again to have Hillary's approval ratings (and they're nothing to be excited about.)
Was that the poll that also showed her negative ratings at 49%? You do understand that 49% of the people would vote for Mickey Mouse before they would vote for Hillary with 49% negatives. That was before the illegal alien drivers liscense non answer and before the staging of stooges in her campaign stops. Yep, she's a shoe in. :lol2: You better pick another favorite liberal. I'm not sure she'll even get the nomination.

Did you possibly mean a "shoo-in"? I don't know if she'll get the nomination either, or if she'll be elected. But I don't see anyone especially threatening right now. Rudy has a lot of problems looming with his pal Kerik's indictment. There have been many wealthy candidates who found they couldn't buy an election and I think Romney is headed in that direction. Huckabee seems to be picking up support. I still have my eye on McCain. If he can get right on Iraq, I think he can make a successful run for the nomination and give any Dem a race.

Shoe-in
Shoo-in
A race horse so fast that you can merely shoo it across the finish line rather than having to urge it on with stronger measures is a “shoo-in”: an easy winner. It is particularly unfortunate when this expression is misspelled “shoe-in” because to “shoehorn” something in is to squeeze it in with great difficulty.

I don't like Rudy much better than Hillary but I'll vote for him first. I think if the economy slips or if the war on terror gets worse , you'll find a large percentage of the country thinks he's a better candidate than Hillary. Huckabee might make a run for it. I personally like McCain better than any of the aforementioned but I really don't see him making headway. I'll vote for Hunter in the primary. He's the best candidate.
Shoe in, shoo-in, take your pick. She does have legs like a Shetland pony so I see the correlation to the horse there although in your cut and paste definition I guess I more closely think she's a shoe in. It'll be hard to shoe horn her into the white house but the media is sure trying.

When they cross from Canada into the US its the US customs they go through not Canadian, same with when you cross from your country its the Canadian border your crossing.....Clear as mud??

recently there have been several "Canadians" arrested locally for murder, drugs, rape and such...

but the fact was they used Canada to immigrate to, then used Canadian papers/passports and drivers license to migrate or come to the US,..

Mrs.Greg
Canada does need to look into all the immigrants we so easily let into our country,we are seeing a huge rise in Asian gangs, but them illegally crossing into your country really isn't our issue.

to say it isn't your issue is really cold and unfair.. had your government not allowed them in they wouldn't have been here...

While these used to be unheard of over the last year, criminals and crimes such as these are increasing...
[/quote]I'm really sorry my post came across as cold and unfair that truly isn't how I meant it. What I meant is we do have alot of issues with our legal immigrants, thx to the Liberal party being in government for so many years,I don't really have a prob. with them coming into the country as long as they're abiding by our laws and working, really like the working thing. What I meant is we really can't be held responisble for them crossing into your country if its your borders they are crossing,I think by tightning the passport laws will help you guys,I just wish our government wasn't lax in our immigration laws.

We also have alot of issues that need to be dealt with but at least we'll never have to worry about calling Hillary, Madam President  :p

How many Americans do you think will move to Canada when that happens

Canada has never been a "real problem" .. I wish both our countries could tighten up their immigration laws... but I don't expect that to happen any time soon...

you don't fight fair... went from cold and uncaring to downright cruel.... ouch!!!
