Holden Herefords

Going to try to catch Coopers tomorrow.

Still will never bring in those genetics no matter how good they might look.
A couple bulls did concern me watching them walk.

Not one to question your thoughts, but never is a mighty long time. Been caught saying never about certain bloodlines of cattle, and found them to work great a few years after I said it.

Well river rat if Jack had had the manners to call and talk to me after that first cow we got from him did a uterine prolapse maybe I would feel differently, but all he did was take me off his mailing list. Just wanted his thoughts and to talk with him.
Bought the first cow in 2004 and that line was gone by 2009.

That was a horrible buisness decision on Jack's part for sure. It's hard to believe he has such a successful sale if he treats all of his customer's in that fashion. I don't know a thing about the people or the program, I was just suggesting that sometimes a line will work in a breeding scenario when it didn't work at all the first time. We have some EXT in bulls we are using now and I swore I'd NEVER use any of his blood again after we calved his daughters back in 1997. That was my only point.

I've even heard of an occasion or two, when some young man would say, "I'll never date that girl," and then they end up marrying the very same girl. :-)

River rat we are commcerial Hereford breeders. Small fish in a big pond so to speak. not having deep pockets might also have something to do with it.

Soapweed I am like my Grandmother. She held a grudge for over 10 years against my uncle. It ended the day after the will was read. She cut him out.

I read all the way back in the bulls bloodline and if I see that line I walk away.
