No- mainly for the illegal action of firing the Special Prosecutor... This gave his critics belief that he was an "advocate of disproportionate powers for the executive branch of Government, an almost executive supremacy" (like you now blame Obama of being)...
And as far as his constitutional followings
which can be both good or bad...Bork was one of only three Supreme Court nominees, along with William Rehnquist and Samuel Alito, to ever be opposed by the American Civil Liberties Union.
