Hot Heads

In February, when Washington, D.C., was socked in by a blizzard, global warmists said it proved the manmade-warming theory. In March, when it rained one weekend in New York City, Al Gore said that proved global warming as well.
Now warmists at the University of New Hampshire say last week's floods in New England proved global warming, too. Of course they did. When your theory predicts rain and snow, floods and droughts, hot and cold, melting and freezing, stormy and calm, every weather phenomenon is going to prove your theory.
But weather is not climate, and the climate has been cooling for 11 years. Astonishingly, warmists are not blaming Connecticut's recent stretch of warm days on global warming; guess that would be too obvious.
Still, reflecting on the unseasonable heat, admit it: Wasn't it better, meteorologically, spiritually and psychologically, than Internet Al's "normal"? So what's the fuss? If warming is happening, embrace it; if not, don't worry about it.
