What does it take for Obama to see that the well deserved celebration was perceived as an axe grinding by many?
He won the election. There is no doubt. He won. He deserved to rejoice. Those who supported him deserved the reward as well.
Christians were offended. Races were offended. People are now concerned more than ever.
We can sit here and argue and we can say people should not be offended, but they were. It does not change what happened. Racists from all sides can say, "I told you so." That will not help America.
Blacks need to understand the implications. Whites need to understand the implications. Christians and non Christians need to understand the implications.
I fear we are headed for more division and no healing.
