Kadoka Man Goes To Prison For Wounding Brother

KADOKA, South Dakota (AP) - A Kadoka man who shot his brother in a squabble over money has been sent to prison for ten years.
Twenty-five-year-old Timothy Whidbe pleaded guilty to aggravated assault for wounding his 29-year-old brother -- Daniel on January tenth.
The wounded brother -- who was shot in the pelvis -- drove to a neighbor's place and called for help.
Timothy Whidbe was taken into custody without incident.
In addition to his prison sentence, he also was ordered to pay 24-thousand dollars in restitution.
