How to use this 3 point lifter?

I found an old lifter obviously graduated to take heavier loads as it comes closer to the back of the tractor.
It may be that a bar or piece has broken off from the bottom or that bottom curve sits on the back of the tractor some way.

You will note the attachment point is reinforced and the pin attachment is under ? the bar so I don't see how I can get a bar to that

Any suggestions?

I believe you are missing a triangle that the lower lift arms attach to and the topmof the triangle goes in the ear under the pipe. It's an old ford lift I believe.
