The humidity here was just plain high today - the truck windshield fogged up badly on the outside from the air conditioner on the inside. Had to run the wipers a bit and turn the air down. That's not unusual in these parts this time of year. About 85 - 90% by the readout on the dehumidifier.
We moved our daughter to her apartment today and pretty well soaked our shirts carrying stuff and it was only about 80 - 85 degrees.
Started cutting another field of hay tonight and it's been a while since I've cut through water in the hay. Doesn't go good.
The timothy hay was almost chest high before all the rain. Now it's almost flat, in places only up to the push bar on the haybine. Brown in the bottom. Hugh windrow though!
The sprinkle of sweet clover in it is 5 - 6' high! :shock:
