We have had some people hand deer in the back of our shop, cause they live in town, and we sdaid that they could, as long as they took care of them (cut them up themselves) and when we went out to get all of the tagging stuff (we don't usuall ygo into the back of the shop, just a place to store our summer stuff)and the deer were still in there. the antlers were gone but they left the meat! I phoned them, cause Dad is a little more passive, and they told me to deal with it!!!!! What do I do with these son's of a so and so's(I can't call them that ni a public forum, much as I want to) that are wasting God's creations, just to take the antlers??? There are 3 deer in there and it stinks...

Thanksyou guys and gals!

hmmm do you have a old pick up? Do you know where they live? I say drop off what they must have forgotten in haste, since you know how important hunting is to them and they know a true hunter NEVER wastes.
People like that have made it impossible for me to be able to have my son go hunting.
pssstttt vicks works GREAT to block the smell if they are that bad

They live in the middle of town... We let them hunt on our land, let them keep their meat here, and tell them where we see deer. the youngest is my age, the middle is 16, and the oldest is 41. I am really getting madd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, i think you know who to NOT let hunt any more. Isnt there a law there about wasting game? Here in SD its illegal to just shoot. Its called wantnon waste or something like that. dont know exactly, have never had to worry about it. Call the law and see if they can do anything with them. or better yet, tell them you are gonna call the law if they dont come back and take care of it, then dont let them hunt any more. they are not hunters anyway. They are criminals as far as i am concerned. If they dont want the meat, there are organizations that do.

An old rancher down by Kaycee, Wyoming came upon a place where some folks had picniced or camped overnight and all their trash was everywhere. He got to poking around and came up with a name and address in some mail. So he loaded the stuff up~all of it~drove to Casper and found the address. He backed up and scooped the stuff out on their
lawn. Served them right.

You could do that, or call your Game Warden. That is wanton abandonment of a big game animal. You sure won't have to worry
about them hunting next year because they more than likely
will lose their license. And they should.

Let us know what happens next!

You'll just have to say no more hunting on our land, its hard to do trust me,we had to tell Gregs brother that once because he wasn't following our rules. One of our rules is foot traffic only, that pretty well puts an end to alot of wannabe hunters. And trust me your uncles a wannabe if he doesn't take the meat!! That would anger both Greg and I,they WOULD NOT get on the next year!

PS.It took awhile but Gregs brother did come around and now hunts there again and follows our rules!
