Last night me and three firends drove to a supposidly 'haunted church' out of town. we were going to prove that there was nothing wrong with it. We drove up and got this wierd feeling in the car. I thought, "yeah, whatever, its just a figment of my imagination." Me and cam were going to go into the church and look around it, it was supposed to be very nice onthe inside. I walked up the steps, put my hand on the doorknob and turned... I heard a young girl's voice behind me. "What are you doing? Why are you here?" I looked behind my shoulder and with no word of a lie, there was a young girl there, blonde hair, blue eyes. I'm thinking, what the heck? am I just overtired or what? I looked at cam and whispered, "look to my right" He looked and he started to back away, slowly, slowly, ran, and screamed until he was in the car, with me too scared to say anything. we looked out the window. by the cemetary there were two moving lights. two old men appeared and faded. We started to hear mumbled voices, so we got out of there...

I beleive in ghosts now. do you?

little far for me. we have our own ghosts around here.
I own a fire sprinkler company and sometimes have to work in places after they are closed. I just have to lock up when we leave.
There is one building that for sure stands out in my mind. The place is where they make roof trusses for homes. It is a very large open building with a small two story office, break room and bath rooms in one corner. Working there several years ago, it was after dark Roger and me hear the door to one of the big delivery trucks slam shut. Thinking someone had snuck into the lot we grab a flashlight out of the truck and step outside. Look in all of the trucks and all over the lot and see nothing.
They just remodeled the offices so we had to work after hours again. Well this time I had a new helper, Tim. We were the only ones in the whole place and working downstair in the new bath room and it sounds like sombody is walking across the floor upstais and even dust is falling off of the floor joist onto our heads. Tim and me just look at each other and go upstairs to see who is there............................not a sole.
Ghost  , goblins  , haints..............don't know what they are but there was something.

Some folks in Missouri years ago (eons ago) built a new house.
The first night in the house there was a terrible racket, and the
next night and the next. That is a pretty superstisious area and it
didn't take long for them to decide the house was haunted and
they moved out, lock, stock and barrell. That fall a travelling salesman
stopped by. It was raining cats and dogs and he needed a place to stay. These folks didn't have any extra room, but they offered him a dry place to stay in the NEW house.

They gave him some bedding and he went there to sleep. Sure enough,
about 11 pm he heard THE RACKET. It had quit raining and was a real
moonlit night. He got up and went to the window. What he saw, was
a pet racoon that must have gotten away. He wore a collar with
a short chain. Somehow he got into that house when it was being built.
When he would go out at night, as he went down between the
twox4's, the chain would hit one side and then the other. That is
what caused all the racket...

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

A fella from another job was telling me about his great grandad, he was from tennessee but went to alabama to fight in the civil war. said they were hold up in a big ditch when it started to rain and his great grandad told them he was going up to a big plantation house to get out of the weather. everyone told him it was haunted and that a gray ghost walked by the windows. not heeding their advice he headed to the old house for shelter. With his rifle in hand he eased up to the house and saw nothing but could hear something walking around. he slowly opened the door ready to shoot at the ghost and to his surprise it was only a white mule that ad gotten locked in the house. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :p :p :p
