We just tear our flat bread. Slicing is over rated. Lefse anyone?

Haven't had lefse since I was a little fella in North Dakota. Not sure if many of the Norskis in Bella Coola make it very often.
My memory tells me it was far better than sliced bread.

Rolled not sliced. We don't have it often enough to get tired of it. Definitely better than sliced bread.

Well it looks like we got our answer - lefse!

Now all that remains to be done is inform some of us unknowledgable ones what lefse is so we can know what we were missing out on. :???:

Here's the recipe. And if you can believe it, an entire website dedicated to lefse. I'm going to have to try this. It sure looks good! :D :D

What I'd like to know, is how do you eat them, and what do you eat with them?
